Our Customer Care Agents and Technical Support Professionals interact with customers while using multiple systems simultaneously to deliver specific and exceptional results. This position is for someone who has passion for delivering great service, has strong organizational skills and can complete multiple tasks on a consistent basis.
The Customer Care Agent or Technical Support Professionals position is not a telemarketing position. You will not make outbound calls or be paid based off of commission.
