The role of the Customer Care Specialist is to plan, execute, and deliver great customer service and technical support. The Customer Care Specialists is in charge of client satisfaction as well as coordinating with our after-hours team to ensure our 24x7 philosophy is executed to perfection. The Customer Care Specialists is ultimately responsible for a project’s overall success and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.
